Workout up until 5 weeks out as normal. David Howe (a friend of Robbie's & vegan gym owner) came down to see him & pointed out that Robbie's condition was nearly perfect & advised he should cut down on CV work as change his workout, so he wouldn't peak too early. The new routine was as follows:

Day on, Day off training (2 alternating routines)

Before start 6 mins on a stationary bike & stretch

Day 1 (chest/back/shoulders/calves)

Pec deck flyes 40-50 reps (warm up) followed by drop set 8/8/15 reps

Hardcore bench press Heavy 8-10 reps, then drop set 8/8/15 reps

Decline Barbell press Heavy 8-10 reps

1 arm side lat raise 30 reps, then drop set 8/8/15 reps

Seated Barbell front press Heavy 8-10 reps, then drop set 8/8/15 reps

DB pullover 30-40, then drop set 8/8/15 reps

Wide grip pulldown Heavy 8-10 reps, then drop set 8/8/15 reps

Seated U grip rows Heavy 8-10 reps

Bent over lat rows 30-40, then drop set 8/8/15 reps

Calves Rock 'n' burn Alternate with 3 sets of 30 reps (If you haven't the energy. Do this last exercise the next morning)

Day 2 (Arms, legs)

1 arm preacher curl 30-40 reps followed by drop set 8/8/15 reps

Machine preacher curls Heavy 8-10 reps, then drop set 8/8/15 reps

DB holds 3 x 1 minute

Tricep pushdowns 30-40 reps followed by drop set 8/8/15 reps

Standing leg curls (1 leg at a time) 20 reps, then drop set 8/8/15 reps

Leg extensions 30-40 reps followed by drop set 8/8/15 reps

Leg press Heavy 8-10 reps, then drop set 8/8/15 reps

Lunges (supersetted with) Feet right over on Leg press 3 x 15 reps each

CV work is done on non-workout days 20 minutes stationary bike, 6 sets for Abs. Posing was also practiced twice a day.
