Last 12 week competition diet

Upon rising

2 pints of water 1 gram of vitamin C, Green tea (non-weight training days CV work)

Nut drink (4 almonds. 4 weeks out cut out)

1 pint of water

2 apples (until 6 weeks out have melon or grape fruit)

1 pint of water

4 bananas - lettuce/celery (cut celery out the last weeks), Green tea, 1 gram vitamin C

1 pint of water

2 apples - 6 weeks out protein drink

1 pint of water

Protein drink

1 pint of water

4 nights potatoes, 3 nights avocado with a large mixed salad (4 weeks out drop the potatoes & avocado, add 50 grams of tofu), Green tea

If hungry add 1/2 a cup of raisins

Last week

Sunday - 6 pints of water, 4 grams of vitamin C

Monday - 7 pints of water, 4 grams of vitamin C

Tuesday - 8 pints of water, 5 grams of vitamin C

Wednesday - 9 pints of water, 7 grams of vitamin C

Thursday - 10 pints of water, 8 grams of vitamin C

Friday - 12 pints of water, 10 grams of vitamin C

Saturday - 12 pints of water, 12 grams of vitamin C

Sunday (showtime)- Sip water as necessary
