What a fun packed weekend was had by everyone. the weather was jus right for an outdoor event! On the Saturday we spent some time time on the stall & getting to see what speakers we could squeeze in. Then on Sunday Coach Gary took over the show to do the stall & run the all important push-up contest. Once again this year we found as many people (if not more) coming on the wrong day for the event, which is a shame as a lot of the strong competitors missed out on the chance to enter the contest - maybe we need events on both days (contact Tim at yaoh info@yaoh.co.uk & demand it that's what I say :-)

The contest was a real show stopper as usual with an unexpected twist in the male contest as you'll see below.
