If he's not dieting for contest, this is what he is eating at the moment Upon rising 2 pints of water Meal 1 - Nut drink (3/4 pint of water, 8 almonds, alphalpha seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds tablespoon, 1/4 teaspoon kelp & spiralina, banana, 4 dates in blender) Meal 2 - 2 apples, celery Meal 3 - 6 bananas, lettuce, celery, green tea Meal 4 - Fruit (whatever I fancy) Meal 5 - 2 apples, celery Meal 6 - Avocado, hummous, large mixed leaf salad, green tea Meal 7 - 2 Bananas, raisins, dates or strawberries, maple syrup Training days - 30 minutes before training 2 apples, celery, tablespoon coconut oil Straight after training - 2 bananas, Essential food (click here for details), 3/4 pint blended Supplements If possible Robbie would take every vegan bodybuilding supplement available, but as he is on a budget, this is all he takes at the moment: 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach - 5 mg MSM, 1 gram Vitamin C, 5 grams creatine in off the boil water meal 2 - 1 gram Vitamin C, 50 mg DHEA 15 minutes before bed - 50 mg DHEA. On non-training nights Melatonin 3 mg, 100 mg B3. Training nights 5 grams of GABA .
